Responsibilities

- Responsible for technical support of Telecom customers;
- Troubleshoot and report VoIP performance problems;
- Responsible for network monitoring and support;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per customer specifications.

RequiredQualifications

- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment (IXC Billing);

- Experience with MySQL, Unix/Linux servers

- Experience with TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, routers and IP routing and switches;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian languages;

- Analytical, troubleshooting and customer service skills.
