Energize Global Services is looking for a highly motivated and success-driven personality to work as International Sales Manager.
TITLE: International Sales Manager
TERM: Full time
LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
-Create client databases and work with them
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
-Develop motivational materials
-Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
-Design and recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies
-Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
-Analyze sales statistics, make forecasts, oversee and manage local and overseas sales
-Hold meetings and negotiations with potential and existing corporate clients
-Promote and sell company's products and services on B2B Marketplaces in the field of IT and software development
-Prepare commercial proposal
-Participate in recruitment of the Sales department staff
-Plan, organize and control the activities of the Sales department for great performance and achievement of goals
-Train and supervise the Sales department employees
-Monitor customer satisfaction and demands
RequiredQualifications
-At least 10 years of experience in in a managerial position in international B2B Sales preferably in IT and Software Industry
-Higher degree in Marketing, Economy or Business Administration or in any relevant field
-Proven management, teambuilding and coaching skills
-Active, energetic and creative personality
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Strong decision-making abilities
-Excellent communication skills in English and in Russian
-Good verbal and written business communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills and devoted team-player
-Advanced computer skills
