Responsibilities
• Manage, nurture and constantly expand customer base
• Develop positive relationships with clients to achieve a long-term success
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Account management for B to B partners
• Meetings with B to B partners, presentations and trainings
• Manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery through processing of incoming letters, propositions and applications from customers
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in relevant field
- Professional working experience
- Knowledge of the market in which the Company operates
- Proficiency of Armenian and Russian languages; English language is a plus
- Teamworking skills
- Excellent skills on MS Office( Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
