Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet customers, offer assistance
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Responsible for sales of products, records related to sales
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs, accurately describe product features and benefits
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Keep up to date with product information

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education is preferable
- Work experience in sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages
- Computer skills; knowledge of 1C program is preferable
- Ability to work with enthusiasm and regularly obtain new knowledge and skills
- Friendly and engagement personality, helpful and polite
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
