Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes from Bar menu in line with the supervisor's instructions
- Help to deliver the dishes
- Prepare breakfast
- Respect the food health and safety standards and procedures
- Participate in effective management of raw materials
- Create and present the dishes in line with cooking instructions and the supervisor's instructions
- Adapt work to fluctuations to volume of guests, special events and particular guests
- Help to receive deliveries and store food items according to storage guidelines
- Ensure the high quality and appropriate presentation of the dishes prepared
- Keep kitchen equipment in good condition
- Clean and tidy the workplace according to the supervisor's instructions
- Avoid wasting food items
- Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
- Respect the instructions and safety guidelines for the kitchen equipment
- Apply the hotel's security regulations
- Respect the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.)
- Perform other tasks assigned by Chef
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year work experience in the relevant sector
- Team spirit
- An organized and thorough approach
