Responsibilities
- Create and implement guidelines, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate direction;
- Be proactive in the recruitment of all staff, in line with budget and business needs ensuring that staff is recruited in line with Labor Code of RA;
- Coordinate staff assessment and development process;
- Coordinate on-boarding process including the collection of proper paperwork;
- Create work schedule of employees;
- Ensure that all new starters have completed correct documentation and that appropriate references are requested and received, using an effective chase system;
- Monitor the maintenance of personnel files of all employees;
- Regularly make proposals to improve processes and enhance effectiveness of the works being carried out;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Help identifying hiring needs;
- Coordinate, facilitate and conduct interviews;
- Discuss and negotiate on employment offers;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration, HR Management or Social Sciences;
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant sector;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer skills;
- Detail-oriented person with a thorough and methodical approach;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to work in a team;
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge organizational culture when needed;
- Good leader with strong communication and negotiations skills.
