Responsibilities

- Contact partners through, phone calls, email, and mailings
- Meet with the potential clients
- Ensure reporting and communications are frequent
- Create and conduct the database of new and existing clients and keep in the process the constant B2B communication with them
- Follow tender procedures in the field of construction in Armenia
- Research and be familiar with new construction technologies
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

RequiredQualifications

- University degree
- Work experience in the field of construction, asphalt or concrete works is desirable
- Good understanding of sales principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure
- Good knowledge of English and Russian, Fluent in Armenian
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel especially
- Ability to travel within and off the borders of Armenia
- The availability of the car will be an advantage
