Responsibilities
- Generate B2B and B2C leads and contribute to revenue generation
- Systematically browse through a large stream of projects identifying suitable ones to pursue
- Drafting unique and tailor made proposal texts incoporating thorough explanations to attract new clients through Upwork, PPH and other bidding portals
- Maintain communication with and provide customer support to potential and existing clients
- Conduct analysis of existing customers and make suggestions on workflow improvements
- Conduct research to identify new markets (niches, countries) and customer needs
- Achieve personal and team-based daily and monthly sales targets
RequiredQualifications
- Native knowledge of English [C2], both written and spoken is essential! Higher education and residence in an English speaking country will be a major plus
- Experience sending proposals via bidding portals such as Upwork, PPH and others will be plus
- Previous sales and customer support experience in English will be a major plus
- Knowledge and understanding of design and development services will be a major plus
- Please note, both very experienced and completely inexperienced candidates will be considered: the starting salary and format will be dependent on the experience and performance in the selection process. Outstanding English knowledge is the only core requirement. Regardless of the experience level, all chosen candidates will be provided with 1 to 1.5 months of on the job training
