Responsibilities
- Possess knowledge of the service or product and be able to describe its details to customers;
- Manage and resolve customer requests, complaints via email, or chat;
- Register customer’s compliance in database;
- Coordinate with various departments and resolve all technical and operation issues;
- Track the status of inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensure satisfaction for same;
- Analyze customer care feedback and recommend improvements in customer care services;
- Perform other tasks assigned related to the Customer Support Department.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and service is a plus;
- Highly energetic, positive and enthusiastic person with strong interpersonal skills;
- Customer-focused person with ability to deliver high level customer service at all times in a professional, courteous, sensitive and friendly manner.
- Ability to provide fully comprehensive and professional information on Rika Group products, services and ongoing promotion campaigns;
- Strong sense of urgency, discipline, commitment;
- Good communicator with both written and verbal skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively;
- Skills in making effective customer contact ensuring that customer issues are resolved;
- Advanced knowledge of Farsi and Armenian, English will be plus.
