Responsibilities
- Adapt the Group’s global HR strategy and lead the local implementation of it in daily work
- Lead the development of the local HR Department goals and objectives as well as establishing supporting activities and processes
- Localize, implement and supervise Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure the availability and effectiveness of Human Resources function according to company's objectives and compliance requirements
- Create and control the local HR budget
- Manage and develop the local HR team, to ensure professional HR service to the organization in following areas:
- Resource planning and talent acquisition
- Personnel policies and procedures
- Remuneration
- Performance management and development
- Engagement and motivation
- Safety, wellness and health
- Relationship Management
- Employer branding
- HR statistic/KPI/Data bank
- Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
- Perform other duties, as asked by the Manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences as required during work hours. Replacement is not considered additional work.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Human Resource area, preferrably with the focus on mass recruitment
- Personal competencies: driven to deliver, strong stakeholder management, decisive thinker, collaborative, role model
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Expertise in Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Benefits Structure, Employment Law
