Responsibilities
- Review legal requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company, such as country of registration, company type and structure, shareholding, directorship, etc.
- Review of technical requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company or the product under certification/ testing
- Prepare applications, including Due Diligence forms
- Complete license application documents for the submission to the regulator
- Maintain communication with regulating authorities, independent testing laboratories, auditing companies, third party providers
- Generate reports based on specific requirements
- Analyze markets, assist in writing business plans and financial statements
- Complete other relevant tasks assigned by top management
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business Management or any other related field
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Close attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
