Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
by phone and in our social media platforms.
• Answer phone calls, by providing excellent customer experience.
• Develop online shop: implementing daily updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
• Higher education in the field of marketing, sales, public relations or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
• Well-organized, punctual and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
• Working experience in the field of SMM or customer service.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Corel draw will be a big advantage.
