Responsibilities
- Managing documented daily procedure and tasks for use in training of new starters, assisting with the training and development of new team members
- Work closely with product teams on continuous improvements and innovation to the live casino
- Supporting, motivating and assisting staff
- Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation
- Must be able to handle stress well as long hours and dealing with people is a huge part of managerial job
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years casino management experience
- Deep understanding of live casino games and player behavior
- Must be knowledgeable in table games operations/procedures. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities
- Communication skills in English
- Experience of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills
- Excellent reporting & analytical skills
- Driven, Enthusiastic Team Player
- Mentoring, leadership skills with a passion to build and grow teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
