Description
BetConstruct is seeking for a Junior Licensing Specialist to maintain communication with regulating authorities, generate reports and prepare applications.
Responsibilities
-Review legal requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company, such as country of registration, company type and structure, shareholding, directorship, etc.
-Review of technical requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company or the product under certification/ testing
-Prepare applications, including Due Diligence forms
-Complete license application documents for the submission to the regulator
-Maintain communication with regulating authorities, independent testing laboratories, auditing companies, third party providers
-Generate reports based on specific requirements
-Analyze markets, assist in writing business plans and financial statements
-Complete other relevant tasks assigned by top management
RequiredQualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business Management or any other related field
-Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
-Strong analytical thinking skills
-Close attention to detail
-Strong time management skills
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
