Responsibilities
- Help define the process for data collection, analysis, and sharing of insights with peers within the product organization
- Ability to analyze customer support issues and generate ideas of high impact for product organization to address
- Build strong working relationships with customer support and success teams, engineers, and product management team at company headquarters
RequiredQualifications
- 3+ years experience, with 2+ years in a product management role
- College degree, with graduate degree strongly preferred
- Prior experience in customer support preferred
- Prior experience working with SaaS products
- Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
- Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus
