Responsibilities

  • Help define the process for data collection, analysis, and sharing of insights with peers within the product organization 
  • Ability to analyze customer support issues and generate ideas of high impact for product organization to address 
  • Build strong working relationships with customer support and success teams, engineers, and product management team at company headquarters

RequiredQualifications

  • 3+ years experience, with 2+ years in a product management role 
  • College degree, with graduate degree strongly preferred 
  • Prior experience in customer support preferred 
  • Prior experience working with SaaS products 
  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills 
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments and timelines 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum is a plus
