Responsibilities

  • Drive to cities and villages according to approved  schedule and provide services to the customers;
  • Make negotiations with local official institutions for MobSC installation and proper functioning;
  • Provide services to the customers according the Company set standards and planned indicators;
  • Inform and provide necessary promo materials to the customers on the specifications of  products, services and tariffs;
  • Provide technical support to customers on the activation/deactivation procedures of products and services;
  • Make sales of mobile phones/devices, data devices & accessories;
  • Provide service to the customers on prepaid/postpaid products, voice and data tariffs;
  • Accept payments/refills, sell refill cards, reissue SIM cards;
  • Provide customers with info on monthly invoices, balances, payments and refills as well as on activation/deactivation of services;
  • Assist customers with information on the products to be obtained by installment and cash as well as on partner companies;
  • Implement all the transactions of the products offered by partner companies (Remzone, Nairi insurance, Unibank and etc.) according to the established procedure;
  • Develop and approve monthly routes with the relevant SC Sales and Service Senior Specialist;
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on the balance of cards/devices/products in the stock;
  • Prepare daily reports on quantity of transactions/cash collected data;
  • Provide on time and valuable solution to customer claims/complaints on the spot or by the help of other FUs;
  • Ensure feedback  provision to customers on the status of their claims/complaints;
  • Cooperate with Remzone for preliminary diagnostics and further repairing of customers’ phones.

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the customer service or sales will be an advantage;
  • Awareness of GSM technologies;
  • Awareness of different transactions in billing systems is a plus;
  • Awareness of Complaint handling management system (ISO 10002)
  • Knowledge of Company’s and competitor’s tariffs/ products/ services /bundles;
  • Driving License B,C;
  • PC skills: MS-Office applications;
  • Linguistic skills: Armenian, Russian and English languages;
  • Good organizational, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Effective team working and time-management skills;
  • Conflict and stress management skills.
