Responsibilities

• Experience in Microsoft Windows desktop and notebook computers. Including set up, imaging best practices, maintaining and troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 7 & 10, Server 2008 through 2016, Hyper-V, IIS, VoIP, Internet connections, business applications and associated peripheral devices.
• An understanding of network switching, firewalls, VLAN.
• Experience in installations of hardware and software. Including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Help Desk and/or Call Centre Technical Support experience desired,
• Able to do cabling works, UTP and video surveillance systems,
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

RequiredQualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in in a networked Windows desktop/server support and a Help Desk support role.
• Coral, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max installation,
• Experience with VPN, RDP, AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Hyper-V, Virtual machines a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Office 2010 – 2016 & 365, DOS, Windows 7 & 10, PowerShell and Batch files a plus.
• Knowledge of conversational and technical English language;
