Description
The primary scope of activities includes leading and elaboration of cost effective HR processes, systems and metrics to support the Company's operations and services. The remit includes the development and implementation of all aspects of the Corporate HR function in business partnership with other departments in the sphere of recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefit systems, evaluation and appraisal, training and development, general policies and procedures, internal communications and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Understand the unique roles and responsibilities, strategic goals and business needs of each structural subdivision of the Company to achieve the Company's goals/ objectives within agreed formats and timescales;
- Organize and coordinate the analysis and implementation of the staff needs for all business units, based on their strategic plans;
- Develop the annual recruitment plan;
- Organize and coordinate the process of advanced and transparent sourcing, recruiting and selecting best candidates;
- Organize and coordinate periodic research of labor market developments;
- Establish material and non-material compensation and motivation systems;
- Develop and implement employee annual evaluation mechanism;
- Develop and implement employee career development schemes;
- Manage the activities related to preparation of staff instructions, employment contracts, agreements and annexes to the employment agreements;
- Develop and document internal policies and procedures;
- Responsible for the set-up of the system and process of collecting and managing employee personal data and deriving different types of reports;
- Coordinate and oversee timeliness and accuracy of the reports provided to the shareholders, CBA, etc.
RequiredQualifications
- MBA and/ or degree in Social Sciences;
- At least 5 years of experience in the same position in a financial/ banking company;
- Knowledge of HR management concepts and each key component;
- Knowledge about the current market scenario particularly, in regard to RA financial industry;
- Proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Working knowledge of LS-Bank software;
- Knowledge of RA labor legislation, CBA regulations and related laws and other legal acts;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and teambuilding skills;
- Ability to practice discipline and fairness;
- Ability to think and act strategically and innovatively;
- Good team player.
