Responsibilities
- Create Call center
- Draw up internal procedures to regulate Call center’s activities
- Coordinate Center's activities
- Service customer incoming calls
- Sell banking products through customer incoming and outgoing calls
- Make reminder calls, callbacks
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management (calls, sales)
- Provide clarifications relating to Customer with employees of other subdivisions of the Bank;
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education (preferably in economic, technical or legal fields)
- At least 2-years’ work experience in Call center (preferably in financial/banking sector)
- Knowledge of banking activity, banking legislation and basic prudential standards desirable
- Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of Russian or English
- Creativity and analytical thinking
- Communication, presentation, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in dynamically, fast-changing environments, quick orientation or response ability
- Willingness to work in a team
- High sense of responsibility
- Leader’s qualities
- Computer knowledge
