Responsibilities

  • Create Call center
  • Draw up internal procedures to regulate Call center’s activities
  • Coordinate Center's activities
  • Service customer incoming calls
  • Sell banking products through customer incoming and outgoing calls
  • Make reminder calls, callbacks
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management (calls, sales)
  • Provide clarifications relating to Customer with employees of other subdivisions of the Bank;

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education (preferably in economic, technical or legal fields) 
  • At least 2-years’ work experience in Call center (preferably in financial/banking sector)     
  • Knowledge of banking activity, banking legislation and basic prudential standards desirable
  • Fluency in Armenian, knowledge of Russian or English
  • Creativity and analytical thinking
  • Communication, presentation, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in dynamically, fast-changing environments, quick orientation or response ability
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Leader’s qualities
  • Computer knowledge
