Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the Bank and identify their needs,
- Provide the corresponding consultation/information about the services rendered and the products offered by the Bank,
- Provide the corresponding information to customers about their accounts and other current services,
- Accept, inform about and provide the customers with new, reissued or confiscated plastic cards,
- Provide customers with references, extracts, copies of payment documents on their accounts and other documents defined by internal legal acts of the Bank,
- Complete clarification and solution of customers’ questions and issues raised; prompt responses to the emerged issues.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education,
- Availability of the relevant work experience will be a plus,
- Knowledge of computer software /MS Office/,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages,
- Knowledge of the main requirements of effective customer service,
- Proper work organization and time management skills,
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to multi-task.
