Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO with administrative and program tasks
- Control the execution of the CEO's assignments
- Make translations from/ into Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Write, edit, and review written materials (that is grammatically correct by using appropriate standards and writing styles)
- Organize facilities and manage events in such details as transportation, location, equipment, accommodation booking, promotional material, etc.
- Make reports on the Organization's activities
- Organize meetings and conferences, recording if needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence to the office of CEO
- Handle the daily planning
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the CEO
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or Related Field
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian
- At least one-year administrative experience
- Experience with documentation, emailing culture etc. Not required but prefered:
- A technical background
- Autocad knowledge
