Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited:
·Plan and sell tour packages, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
·Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of travel dates, costs and accommodations.
·Book transportation, make hotel reservations and follow-up the payments.
·Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
·Maintain and develop relationships with travel industry partners, travel agencies, tour operators operating in Armenia and outbound.
·Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
·Maintain statistical and financial records.
·Meet profit and sales targets.
RequiredQualifications
·Higher education preferable in Hospitality, Tourism or relevant field.
·Proven work experience as a travel agent at least 2 years.
·Fluency in Russian and English; multilingualism is a plus
·Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
·Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
·Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
