Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of SQL databases and T-SQL, including creating stored procedures, user-defined functions, views and SQL Server agent jobs
- Design, develop and implement a wide array of standardized and ad hoc reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Crystal Reports and other BI tools
- Gain an understanding of Factumsoft ERP Platform and features/modules (i.e. CRM, sales order processing, purchasing, inventory management, shipping, and accounting) and creation of appropriate reports for the platform
- Serve as a liaison to leadership team for reporting requests and data analytics
- Analyze information in the reports developed to identify issues, trends, or interesting findings to be shared with the business customer
- Other tasks may also be required from time to time, at the discretion of management, in order to achieve department and company objectives
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred; however, this may be substituted with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience in related field
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Experience developing Crystal Reports
- Experience developing SSRS reports
- Good English knowledge
- Business Automation or ERP experience is a big plus
