Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to create various design assets including web pages, banners, posters, and branding materials
• Develop marketing support materials, creative boards, and layout presentations
• Maintain a consistent and branded look for the company. Keep the company style and value in mind while creating the designs
• Promptly meet deadline requirements for production
• Assist with other projects as needed

RequiredQualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design (or equivalent) required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance business and creative needs
• Advanced level experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
• Experience in handling creative marketing products for clients across industries
• Understanding what is required in any marketing outreach
• Must have proven experience in employing color, type, illustration, typography, various layout techniques when designing
• Should be able to develop visual designs through personas, storyboards, mood boards, iconography, photography, and illustrations
• Should be able to create web style guides, brand guidelines, design specifications for the implementation team
• Understanding the target audience before inking the creative messaging and design
• Creating, communicating and delivering the collateral in a clear, simple yet creative manner that appeals to the target audience
• Excellent attention to detail and extraordinary visual design talent.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify design solutions from a variety of data and information sources
• Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics
• Good English, well spoken and written
• Possess a high level of enthusiasm, integrity, and attention to detail
• Ability to take constructive feedback and integrate it in design pieces
• Excellent project management and people skills
• Strong communications skills, with an ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to work well, both independently and in a team environment
