Position: Administrative Assistant
Contract type: FT (5 days/40 hours per week)
Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia
Responsibilities
-Coordinate "Distinguished Alumni" awarding process consulting with the supervisor
-Coordinate the alumni-student's mentorship program consulting with the supervisor
-Maintain the alumni social media networks
-Arrange benefit packages for alumni members
-Update the alumni database
-Create and maintain alumni e-mail lists: alumni relations, career services and by degree programs and classes
-Assist in organizing of different alumni related events and activities, particularly Alumni Reunion, networking events, arranging interviews for alumni Success Stories, following up on how many alumni participated in the Alumni Benefits program for statistics
-Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s)
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in a relevant field
-Strong written/oral communication skills in English, Armenian
-Experience in social media
-Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management)
-Relevant work experience of 1 year and more
-Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
-Ability to work with a variety of constituencies
