Responsibilities
The main duties include, but are not limited:
·Make airline, bus and train ticket bookings, quote fares and send to direct customers and corporate clients.
·Responsible for company’s own charter flight appropriate process. Maintaining and developing friendly relationships with Armenian travel agencies.
·Maintaining and developing strong, reliable relationships with key agency clients, as well as corporate and direct clients.
·Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.
RequiredQualifications
Requirements for the candidate are:
·Previous work experience at least 2 years.
·Previous work experience in any airline, charter operating company is highly appreciated.
·Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
·Advanced level of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre).
·Ability to find best deals of the airlines, arrange routs matching to the clients’ preferences.
·Hard working, with high sense of responsibility.
·Motivated, with positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work.
