Description
NoyMed LLC is a contract research organization based in Armenia with rapidly growing global reach in the biotech industry.
We are currently seeking a professional Technical Writer skilled in the field of research and technology to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents, explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
-Key job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures, specifications, protocols, manuals and other technical documents
-Research, develop and document user requirement specifications, functional requirement specifications, technical design specifications, system qualification protocols and test scripts in compliance with applicable good practice guidelines and regulations
-Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the documentation requirements
-Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
-Conduct research related to quality standards, regulatory requirements, best practices and other areas
-Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
-Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and write and edit technical information accordingly
-Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
-Provide technical and writing assistance to QA department
-Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines
-Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
-Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
-Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
-Know and follow the quality controlled documents
-Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s)
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, English, Communications, Journalism or equivalent
-Excellent written communication skills in English
-Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
-Strong attention to detail
-Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
-Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
-Teamwork
-Ability to work under pressure
-Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
-Knowledge of relational database systems is a plus
-Familiarity with popular statistical software is a plus
