Responsibilities

• Implement and develop automated test practices and perform the testing and assessment of the Company's in-house built software.
• Design and create test scripts using C# or Selenium variants to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.
• Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum Teams to provide an input into test planning.
• Enhance the Company's continuous delivery and continuous integration capabilities.
• Log and manage defects through to resolution; identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems.
• Extend the Company's automation testing framework.

RequiredQualifications

• Experience as an Automation QA for at least 3 years.
• Experience in coordinating the work of 4-10 people not less than a year.
• Experience with data integration, file formats and delivery mechanisms.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a definite plus.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
• Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development team.
• Exposure to the Microsoft .NET framework; exposure to Microsoft TFS or Asana is a plus.
• Broad experience with load testing is a must. Any of the - JMeter/.NET load testing framework/SoapUI/LoadRunner.
• Good SQL server experience.
• Experience in an agile environment.
