Slav Motors is looking for a high performing Sales Manager to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the Company highly innovative and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Represent Audi, Porsche and Bentley auto brands to customers and provide them with necessary information;
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully performing the brand standard sales process;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the customers and understanding their needs;
- Prepare sales, revenue and expenses reports and provide realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Be fully aware of new products and competition status in the market.
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field; master's degree is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian language; good knowledge of English and Russian languages so the correspondence with regional office can be provided;
- Good computer skills, including MS Office;
- Commitment to continuous self-education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from forecast plan to close.
