Responsibilities
- Discuss projects with clients and identify client’s needs
- Provide estimation to the clients and negotiate on deliverables and other details
- Develop project plans, schedules and other documentation needed for a project
- Manage the integration of tasks and track progress
- Monitor the progress of the project and display effective time management
- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Organize meetings, discussions and calls with the clients and all stakeholders
- Do research to find the best practices, create mockups and work with designer
- Create reports for managers and summarize the projects with team and executives
- Perform other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing IT software or web projects
- Familiar with Project Management methodologies: Agile, Scrum
- Ability to initiate, monitor and control multiple projects and activities at the same time
- Experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audience including in simple English-like terminology to non-technical people
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly master new technology and applications
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to details and overall product quality
- Understanding of IT and business concepts
- Passion to stay ahead of the curve on IT and development trends in the Industry
