Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the Hotel;
- Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments;
- Develop and implement hotel management strategy;
- Develop systems, policies and procedures that embody the culture of the Organization;
- Ensure that all staff is always correctly and smartly dressed, and look presentable; ensure that every staff member offers professional and courteous service to the guests through regular training;
- Manage budgets/ expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits;
- Manage and supervise hotel personnel.
RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/ Hospitality Management or a relevant field;
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a relevant role;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages;
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines;
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls;
- Working knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent customer service skills as well as business mindset;
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
