- Solid experience in Project Management in any field
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Previous experience with hotel setup and opening is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Driven, persuasive and proactive
- Availability to travel
- Enthusiasm for embracing hands on working for launching new hotels and hotel products and services

- Ability to see the big picture and how a project fits in it
Responsibilities
Lead like the "spider in the web" Apartel / Hotel development projects as well as smaller improvement projects from start to finish
Forming a project team and taking charge with dotted reporting lines
Manage hotel development projects internationally
Create detailed project plans using project management software
Prepare timely reports regarding the status of the projects including cost variances, unresolved items and other project related reports.
Produce project progress reports and visuals for executive review
Coordinate zoning matters with appropriate consultants, legal firms and governmental bodies
Work with various departments assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring commitment and timely completion by team members
Interview and select general contractors, subcontractors and other similar 3rd party vendors. In cooperation with Procurement prepare and solicits bids for a variety of development required contracts
Monitor construction activity/progress
Monitor business unit closeout process including contract closeouts, punch list and final reports
Write and edit company standards and specification guides for various components of building development
Assist/Consult Commercial and Acquisitions in conducting feasibility research of upcoming buildings/products
Other duties as assigned
