Responsibilities
- provide high level administrative support and assistance to executives
- plan and organize the executives’ agenda (meetings, calls, interviews, seminars, etc.)
- be responsible for organizing and coordinating diverse events/trainings/seminar, etc.
- ensure proper follow up of agreements with Clients and Partners
- draft/update contracts/ammendments and follow up the signing and sealing processes with Clients/Partners
- develop content about 2mindS activities and update info in Company web-page
- stay up to date on digital marketing trends and insights and take our Social Media channels to the next level
- ensure proper office management and maintenance
- research on diverse training topics and draft presentations
- be involved in recruitment processes (drafting of vacancy announcements, CV
- screening, organization and conducting of interviews) if required.
