Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Develop, maintain and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM existing and new workflows through the dynamics framework as well as Microsoft .NET framework
- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Create, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM user accounts, security roles, entities, field level security and business units
- Create, modify, deploy and support custom dashboards, charts and reports in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Help create and maintain SQL Server database applications
- Customize the system to meet the business needs of the enterprise
- Integrate existing systems and services into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture
- Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
RequiredQualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- At least 3 years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET development using C#
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of English language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS and SSAS framework
- Experience with any other BI framework
