Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and smart person to take over the position of a night shift Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a full-time position with 2 night-shifts from 15:00 to 24:00 and the other 3 days your schedule will be from 09:00 - 18:00. The incumbent will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities
-Calculate commissions from partner companies
-Contact guests to solve related financial issues
-Collect and check financial documentation to present to the banks upon request
-Check and process chargeback requests
-Process guest related charges
-Actively work on fraud prevention
-Participate in the development and improvement of the finance related policies and procedures
-Data entry and classification
-Other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
-B.S./M.S in the relevant field
-Basic understanding of financial processes and procedures
-Possess good communication and problem solving skills
-Possess good organisational skills
-Possess meticulous attention to details
-Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
-Ability to multitask and to respond effectively to changing priorities
-Experience working night shifts is an advantage
-Working proficiency in English and Czech
-Computer proficiency; familiarity with Google apps
