Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and develop automated test practices and perform the testing and assessment of the Company's in-house built software
- Design and create test scripts using C# or Selenium variants to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation
- Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum Teams to provide an input into test planning
- Enhance the Company's continuous delivery and continuous integration capabilities
- Log and manage defects through to resolution; identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules or potential problems
- Extend the Company's automation testing framework.
RequiredQualifications
- Experience as an Automated QA for at least 3 years
- Experience in coordinating the work of 4-10 people not less than a year
- Experience with data integration, file formats and delivery mechanisms
- Experience in the financial services industry is a definite plus
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the development team
- Exposure to the Microsoft .NET framework; exposure to Microsoft TFS or Asana is a plus
- Broad experience with load testing is a must. Any of the - JMeter/.NET load testing framework/SoapUI/LoadRunner
- Good SQL server experience
- Experience in an agile environment.
