Responsibilities
- Represent Globbing brand and deliver the best possible support experience to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries either face to face or via live chat, Skype, email, telephone, providing them with product and service information, managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Update job knowledge, research and study new product or service descriptions.
- Participate in educational opportunities.
- Connect customers through a range of channels to check satisfaction and obtain feedback on the service/product received.
- Document all call information according to the required operating procedures.

- Significant phone, e-mail, and chat communication skills.
- Eagerness to meet customer expectations and inquiries.
- Absolute passion for ensuring a world-class customer experience with every contact.
- Customer focus, attention to details, multi-tasking.
- Time management skills.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment and receptive to feedbacks.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Armenian, knowledge of European languages will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
