Responsibilities
- Develop and execute company's sales strategy and plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships both with potential and existing customers
- Develop customer database both in individual, corporate and governmental sectors
- Constantly research local and international markets for new products and opportunities
- Constantly monitor and apply for publicly announced corporate and governmental bids
- Implement construction site visits and discussions with customers upon request
- Develop and implement cold sales presentations for corporate and governmental sectors
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economics, Sales, Marketing, Sociology or other relevant sphere
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Sales (preferably in Construction sector)
- Proven track record of previous sales activities
- Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct regular market research for new products and opportunities
- Ability to manage several urgent projects simultaneously
- Problem solving and stress-resistant personality
- Ability to travel internally at least up to 50% of working time
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Good computer literacy
- Valid driving license is a plus
