Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
• Serve as technical expert on development projects.
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
• Apply machine learning (ML) tools and techniques to document classification.
• Create machine learning data sets through data collection, augmentation and simulations
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
• Provide guidance to and mentor junior members of the engineering team. 
• Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.

RequiredQualifications

• At least BS Degree in Computer Science or an applicable technical focus.
• Good understanding of OOP / Design Patterns.
• Minimum 5 years software development experience.
• .NET/C#/WPF (with .NET 4.5 and higher) experience is required.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2015/17 is required.
• Advanced SQL skillset (SQL server 2008 and/or higher) is required.
• Experience with software architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, .NET Core is a plus.
• Experience in developing document management applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision is a plus.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow ML framework, Tesseract OCR is a plus.
• Good knowledge of English language is a plus.
