Responsibilities
-The main responsibility is to provide world-class customer service through sale of services and products and to determine the best procedure/service to meet the customer's needs.
-The incumbent will be responsible for
-developing and providing support to a network of franchisees in Georgia and the Caucasus region
-acting as primary contact in Armenia for the international network business relationships
-serving current and attracting new customers suggesting them shipping and courier delivery services according to MBE technology
-communicating with other MBE stores worldwide and with sellers / shippers from all over the world
-providing reports to the management
-performing other job-related duties
RequiredQualifications
-At least 3 year experience in B2B sales, experience in logistic companies is desirable
-Experience in managing people
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle stressful situations
-reliable, responsible, dynamic person
-ability to deal effectively with multiple tasks simultaneously
-ability and willingness to travel from time to time – throughout Armenia, Caucasus region and Europe
-Excellent knowledge and fluency in Armenian, fluency in English and Russian languages
