Description
Responsibilities
- Meet with new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products;
- Increase the market share of products in the assigned territory;
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships;
- Respond to customers' inquiries and provide customers with high level of technical advice, agronomic inputs and recommendation for products;
- Manage shop located in Gyumri;
- Conduct agronomy trials on certain products at customers' premises and observe results;
- Collect, analyze and log data from agronomy trials to enhance product characterization and agronomic practices;
- Conduct product demonstrations and training to customers on products' specifications and usage;
- Collect payments and follow up on due collections;
- Ensure orders are handled in a timely and accurate manner;
- Provide feedback reports regarding customers' needs and sales volume in assigned territories;
- Develop sales plans in coordination with the Country Manager to reach sales targets;
- Evaluate competitors and recommend appropriate tactics;
- Attend the Company sales meeting and training events.
RequiredQualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, agriculture;
- Ablility to communicate with employees/ customers on different levels;
- Team management skills;
- Ability in consultative selling;
- Persuasive and assertive interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong product knowledge;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Availability of a valid driving license.
- Resident of Shirak Region.
