"Yerevan Chocolate Company" CJSC is looking for a highly motivated person for the position of Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy for the Company in line with Company objectives;
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback;
- Plan and implement effective marketing communication campaigns;
- Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products;
- Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition;
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends;
- Monitor the implementation and results of operational brand plans and recommend changes to brand/ trade marketing programs;
- Cooperate with other departments in an efficient way, oriented on results by creating and developing positive work environment;
- Liaise with other internal departments such as Sales and Design Department.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Development;
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Manager;
- Proficiency in MS Office software package;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Confident, driven and dynamic leader.
