Description
Margasoft is looking for knowledgeable and experienced Software Engineers to join the Development team and design, code and debug quality software programs for assigned projects.

Responsibilities
-Participate in the complete software development lifecycle using agile methodologies such as TDD
-Full stack design and development of new business requirements using the company adopted technologies
-Participate in code deployment and maintenance of existing projects
-Work collaboratively with other engineers on scheduled projects, while upholding the department coding standards
-Participate in feature planning, prepare and approve technical documentation prior to development
-Provide ad-hoc support and technical guidance to other Engineers
-Scope new work, iron out open questions and dependencies with cross-functional team members, update management with timeline expectations
-Establish coding strategies and standards for the entire software cycle

RequiredQualifications
-B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
-2+ years software development experience
-Applied understanding of OOP principles
-Familiarity with agile development methodologies
-Expert in service oriented, scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance programming
-Solid experience and ability to write, debug and optimize T-SQL and SQL Server queries and stored procedures
-Proficiency in C#
-Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML 5 is a plus
-Deep knowledge of WPF, WCF, ADO.NET and Entity Framework 6
-Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2.0 and REST is a plus
-Ability to design, validate, test, and write clean dependable code without constant supervision
-Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
-Fluency in English
