Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end talent acquisition, including:
Participating in planning meetings with hiring managers;
Creating job descriptions based on requirements;
Posting job vacancies;
Screening resumes;
Providing shortlisted candidates to hiring teams;
Maintaining records and providing updates and follow-ups with hiring managers on a timely basis;
Coordinating and scheduling interviews;
Providing an excellent candidate experience;
Preparing employment offers and on-boarding documentation.
- Execute and support with all HR administrative tasks:
Preparing employment agreements, amendments to contracts, orders, references and other employee documentation;
Tracking vacations and other leaves;
Benefits administration;
Maintaining and updating HR databases;
Assisting with the off boarding process and coordinating with respective teams;
Preparing HR related reports as required.
- Coordinate arrangement of corporate events and staff gatherings;
- Assist in office management.
RequiredQualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field;
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and operational HR;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English;
- Knowledge of the RA Labour Legislation;
- Confident user of MS Office, social media platforms;
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with staff and managers in a professional manner;
- Strong attention to details and ability to take ownership of tasks;
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
