Responsibilities
- Establish an effective sales strategy and tactic
- Introduce the Company's products and services to customers
- Sell the Company's services and products, identify customer needs and provide relevant information and advice
- Handle customer complaints and offer solutions
- Provide information and advice to customers
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Knowledge of other languages would be a big plus
- At least 2 years of experience in working with international clients
- Knowledge in research, marketing and promotion would be a big plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform would be a big plus
- Ability to participate in international exhibitions and business trips
- Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment
