Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.;
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.;
• Prepare, conduct and interpret relevant valid testing toolkit for each job;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience;
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
• Promote company’s reputation.

RequiredQualifications

•       University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or related field;

•       At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or assessment;

•       Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;

•       Computer literacy;

•       Ability to work with skills assessment methods;

•       Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills;

•       Good attention to detail;

•       Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc);

•       Experienced with various selection processes.
