- At least 3 years of experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer services (supervisory positions);
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Management and supervisory skills;
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
- Strong client-facing and communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Confidence when dealing with difficult situations;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve and develop customer service standards;
