  • At least 3 years of experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer services (supervisory positions); 
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices; 
  • Proficiency in MS Office; 
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages; 
  • Management and supervisory skills;
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines; 
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills; 
  • Problem-solving skills; 
  • Confidence when dealing with difficult situations; 
  • Organizational and planning skills; 
  • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve and develop customer service standards; 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills; 
  • Ability to work well under pressure; 
  • Presentation skills.
