-Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products
-Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of test harness/software
-Follows standard practices and procedure in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
-Works under normal supervision and receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
-Also, various scripting and creative work might be needed to improve existing regression harness
