Responsibilities
- Implement day-to-day journal entries and take part in the month-end and year-end closing process
- Implement different tasks and functions via Armenian Software Enterprise
- Ensure financial records maintenance in compliance with policies and procedures of the company
- Prepare essential tax documents, receive, register and control primary accounting documents by the company's accounting approach
- Ensure financial and tax reporting deadlines, as well as monitor and support taxation issues
- Ensure and perform accurate and appropriate recording of day-to-day activities
- Provide necessary information to supervisors and managers
- Handle daily banking, payments, transfers, payroll, tax filings
- Develop, implement and maintain accounting databases
- Perform other tasks related to the accounting department
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting team
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Armenian tax legislation and ability to analyze
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Excel, AS-Enterprise and advanced PC user
- Fluency in Armenian
- English language is a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and individually
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, responsibility)
- Able to work with confidential information
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Attention to details and accuracy
