Responsibilities

- Provision of financial recommendations to internal and external requestors;

- Coordination and management of financial data flow to and from all designated parties;

- Designing of posting, reporting, and tax treatment mechanisms and ensuring timely provision of finance department disposition in Specification documents, in various workgroups;

- Participation in negotiations with partner organizations to ensure adequate business interest and financial efficiency;

- Managing the realization of periodic KBI analysis;

- Planning of company-wise profitability and cost-efficiency analysis;

- Participation in M&A activities, realization of financial due diligence, synergy evaluation and other related analysis.

RequiredQualifications

- University degree, preferably in finance and/or business/management area; 

- 4 years of proven successful experience in finance (business analytics, forecast, variance analysis, etc)

- Strong  understanding  of business, experience in a Telecommunications field will be an advantage; 

- Strong analytical skills  and accuracy: ability to ensure precision high-quality detail in the work supplied;

- High level project management skills: end to end development and implementation in compliance with the objectives concerning results, resources and deadlines;

- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact with various groups (experts, supervisors, top management);

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Powerpoint; 

- Fluent in Armenian and English.
